Christmas cards during the 1940s and 50s

Even though after the war there was a lack of most commodities and coffee rationing only ended in 1954, and even though the state didn't move from the infrastructures of the rationing days until 1956, it didn't stop the sending of Christmas cards. Most of the cards in Lauri's collection from this period have a religious theme, but there is also a number of cards that show childish glee and the mouthwatering Christmas food.
